Meaning of Photography
According to the KBBI (Indonesian Dictionary), photography is the art and production of images and light on film or sensitive surfaces. Meanwhile, according to Wikipedia, photography comes from the English word "photography," which originates from the Greek words photos meaning light and grapho meaning to write or paint. In general, photography can be defined as the process of painting or writing using the medium of light.

To become a photographer, owning "fancy" equipment like a camera and a complete set of lenses is not enough. One of the main keys is mastering photography techniques, such as:

Zooming Technique
This technique makes the main object appear sharp while the background looks blurry. A tripod is usually used for the best results.
Panning Technique
This technique is used to capture the movement of a moving object so that the object remains in focus while the background appears blurred.
Freezing Technique
This technique produces the effect of stopping the movement of objects, such as flowing water or people in action.
Macro Technique
Capturing images at very close range to reveal small details of the object.
Silhouette Technique
The object appears dark with a bright background.
Bulb Technique
Using light to create light trail effects with long exposure times.
